Solid State Music - 16K RAM
This board came out in 1977. It utilized 32 uPD410 static RAM
chips.
SSM MB7 16K RAM Board
The board came out before the IEEE-696 specifications
were considered and so only has 16 bit memory addressing. It could be
addressed on any 4K boundary. It utilized 200 nsec 4KX1 RAMs. It recognized
the S-100 Phantom line and had write protect in 4K blocks.
